Would increasing police salary stop the rise of kidnapping, robberies and petty crimes in Nigeria?
Yes because the police are the same criminals
Yes because then the police officers would feel well compensated to confront crime
Maybe, because the police do not focus on their jobs as they are busy searching for money to live
No because they are the criminals and it would only increase their appetite for more money
No because if this is done then anytime the police want increase they will simply just allow crime to rise and let the citizens protest again for another increase
